ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

We’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Studio since 2017, offering a range of class styles, as well as meditation and massage. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

CLASSES WE OFFER

SEATED YOGA (LEVEL 1 & 2)

Level 1: Build strength and increase flexibility from your chair! This class caters to those who have injuries or other mobility limitations. Poses can be adapted to support individual needs.

Level 2: Welcome to level 2 of our Seated yoga. In this class we use the chair to support our movements while we practice our yoga poses, we then gradually progress onto our mats for traditional floor stretches  

FIT-FLOW

Who said yoga wasn't a workout ? This dynamic Vinyasa flow class maintains a faster pace and is injected with cardio, pilates, & HIIT style movements. Energize your weekend !

VINYASA YOGA

This class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Synchronize breath with movement and deepen your practice. Here we coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. This flow builds strength, flexibility & awareness with heat building sun salutes, flowing asanas & peak poses.

PROPPED YOGA

A hatha based class that incorporates blocks, bolsters, straps and rollers. Move with confidence while developing strength, balance, &flexibility. Feel supported on your mat!

REJUVENATION YOGA

A traditional beginners Hatha yoga class, full of deep stretching and strength poses. This class begins and ends with meditation to strengthen both the body and mind.

VIN-YIN YOGA

This class combines both Yin and Yang movements. We begin by building heat in a fluid Vinyasa flow then moving down to our mats to slowly stretch, working deep into our fascia & connective tissues.

HATHA FLOW YOGA

This Saturday morning class is a great way to kick off your weekend! this is an uplifting yoga session that incorporates flowing movement into a Hatha practice. Poses enhance the body's blood flow and internal systems.
